After Sales Service

--- Products warranty period:

•FV series host: 24 months; 

•HS series host: 36 months; 

•RS/RV series host: 12 months; 

•FS series host: 18 months; 

•Accessories (including cables, brackets, power supply, etc.): 6 months

The warranty period starts from the date of shipment. 

--- Warranty service:

Man-made damage like water immersion, shell damage, or use of non matching power supply, etc., are not within the warranty responsibility. 

The repair of products during the warranty period is the responsibility of the distributor. Regarding maintenance spare parts during the warranty service period, when the cumulative order quantity of a single model reaches 50 units, 1 extra unit (including cables, power adapters, and other accessories) will be provided for free as a spare product. If the spare parts needed for repair exceed that of the extra spare products, Bilin Intelligence will complement it.

For after-sale service out of warranty, Bilin Intelligence promises paid services all the time.
